Welcome to the Website of the North Suburban Youth Foundation!

The North Suburban Youth Foundation is the successor to The Optimists Club of Wilmette/Evanston. It is an independent local 501(c)(3) entity devoted to serving the needs of youth and the community.

We invite you to learn more about our Foundation and to consider joining us. Please explore our website, discover our Mission and learn about our various activities that embrace youth-serving organizations throughout the north suburbs.

 

Our members represent a wide geographical range -- from Mundelein in the north to Chicago in the south and Park Ridge in the west. Our service outreach extends throughout the northern suburbs.

The common denominator among our members is a commitment to serving the myriad social, educational, developmental and healthcare needs of those between the ages of 1 and 21. In undertaking
a variety of youth- and community-oriented projects, our members develop lasting friendships with those who work alongside them in these endeavors.
